What I collect

Data that you send me yourself by e-mail: your address and the content of your message. The site has no forms and uses no cookies, analytics or ads. Fonts and scripts are bundled with the site, so it does not connect to external servers. The only thing it remembers in your browser, and only for the duration of your visit, is the information that you confirmed your consent to reading the posts. This information never leaves your device.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any hosting provider, Cloudflare may record visitors’ IP addresses and browser information in technical logs. I don’t use these logs and I don’t analyze them.

Why

To reply to your message, to arrange a consultation and, if you ask me to, to write to you about the site’s progress and new posts. The basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or taking steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I do nothing else with this address and I don’t sell it to anyone.

Who processes it

The data controller is Damian, contact: kontakt@ktoslucha.pl.

Messages go only to my e-mail inbox in the ktoslucha.pl domain, operated by dhosting.pl Sp. z o.o. of Warsaw. The mail servers are located in Poland, in a data center in Warsaw. I don’t forward messages to other inboxes or services.

Site hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), on the basis of standard contractual clauses.

How long

I keep consultation messages and correspondence for as long as needed for the conversation. An address on the list for notifications about new posts stays until you write that you want to unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
